REFUND POLICY

A product didn't work out for you? You have nothing to worry about. We have a 14 days return policy, or exchange. everything is available for return except, Hair products bathing suits and bodysuits. 

RETURNS INFORMATION:

MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH HANG TAGS. 

ITEMS SENT BACK WITH OBVIOUS USE, DEODORANT, MAKE-UP STAINS, PET HAIR, SMOKE OR PERFUME SCENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ITEMS RETUNED THAT APPEAR TO VIOLATE OUR CONDITIONS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

WE PROCESS ALL RETURNS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH DETAILS OF YOUR PROCESSED RETURN.

EXCHANGES:

ALL EXCHANGES WITHIN THE US ARE FREE OF CHARGE. EXCHANGES OUTSIDE OF THE US MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. EXCHANGES ARE FOR THE EXACT SAME MAKE AND MODEL. PLEASE FIRST RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND (IF ELIGIBLE) AND THEN PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE ITEM(S) YOU WOULD LIKE.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL HAVE THE REQUESTED SIZE IN STOCK TO EXCHANGE. WE CANNOT SET ASIDE PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGES. IF THE REQUESTED PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, BUT A RESTOCK IS COMING, WE WILL SHIP THE PRODUCT OUT WHEN THE NEW STOCK ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSE.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK AND WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED AS A REFUND.
