We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as the email is sent before the 7 days are over, you will be within the time frame for requesting a return. the customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns/exchanges. 

To be considered for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at Please include your order number, name of item(s) you'd like to return, as well as the reason for requesting a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have up to 5 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with the item.


Return to sender packages

Customers will be responsible for paying to re-ship any packages that are received back at our facility as a return to sender. Customers will be contacted if this is the case with further instructions on how to proceed. Please double check your address/information at checkout to ensure your package is delivered to the correct address.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items include but are not limited to all handmade items, jewelry, bralettes, hats, sale items, items purchased during a promotion (ex. Black Friday), and bodysuits.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
